摘要: Abstract The paper describes the method and discusses results of microwave millimetre wave dielectric spectroscopy extremely low-frequency soft overdamped modes in some highly anisotropic semiconductive ferroelectrics, relaxational quasi-one-dimensional hydrogen-bonded ferroelectrics.
