摘要: This paper outlines the Dynamic Optimisation Framework that forms part of System Architecture (SA) in phase II E2R Project. We describe framework, how it interfaces with other relevant parts SA and make reference to various existing protocols standards support this approach. then demonstrate generality framework by employing two distinct protocol stack, firstly link layer secondly network layer. The optimisation considers allocation medium access resources different types traffic, goal supporting throughput packet delay Quality Service metrics. example focuses on a set component-based mobility management differing memory usage, response time functional properties.
