摘要: The performance of a network protocol depends highly on the configuration its parameter setting. Typical installations consider just static setup that works well average. Organic Network Control (ONC) system provides possibility to adapt configurations protocols environmental changes dynamically at runtime. Such rapidly changing conditions can be found e.g. in mobile ad-hoc networks (MANets), since nodes form direct neighbourhood are moving and sending distance is restricted. Thus, MANets promising application domain for ONC system. This chapter describes how applied control MANet demonstrates positive effect caused by on-line adaptation. Furthermore, collaboration mechanism introduced has been developed alleviate impact some high-effort tasks Instead fulfilling their own, neighboured share knowledge take over responsibilities from each other.
