摘要: The widespread demand for protection against chemical substances in the environment that may damage genetic material emphasizes need reliable and comprehensive assay systems detection of genotoxic effects. Such effects can be classified three broad categories, namely (1) gene point mutations, (2) chromosome (3) genome mutations. It is well known humans these lead to severe clinical disorders transmissible future generations if they occur germ line. A number could cause such adverse have already been identified by means experimental work with biological systems.
