摘要: Caprolactam (CAP) and benzoin (ZOIN) were tested in the mouse micronucleus test at two dose levels, one of which was maximum tolerated dose. The compounds administered by oral route to groups 5 male female mice. No statistical significant increase over control values frequency PCE-containing micronuclei observed any level or sampling time, with exception CAP a 700 mg/kg 24-h where small statistically effect both when sexes analysed combined separately. Due this observation limited repeat carried out on time. In study similar trends even following analysis 5000 cells per animal. However, these data compared historical no such effects observed, therefore considered be questionable validity. Throughout positive (cyclophosphamide) gave an elevated biologically all times, thus verifying sensitivity system. It concluded that caprolactam are not clastogenic test.
