摘要: Advances in coronary intervention have increased the opportunity to intervene on complex lesions, resulting an increase PCI-related complication, including artery perforation. However, treatment options for perforation are limited, with delivery of devices lesions being problematic. Balloon hemostasis is usual bailout method, despite risk myocardial ischemia. In this report, we describe over-the-wire balloon method treat a patient Ischemia was avoided by injecting autologous blood through catheter, while achieved prolonged inflation. This new technique applicable when perfusion not indicated.
