摘要: Polyactide (PLA) and poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) were prepared by bulk ring-opening polymerization of lactide or lactide/glycolide using stannous octoate as initiator. PLA PLGA microspheres with an average diameter 65–100 μm a solvent evaporation process. An in vitro degradation test different molecular weight composition carried out pH 7.4 buffer solution at 37°C the form microspheres. Quantitatively, degree was monitored gel permeation chromatography (GPC), measurement mass loss determination lactic/glycolic acid medium, qualitatively, observing morphological changes scanning electron microscope (SEM). The decrease (Mw) for higher is faster first stage; afterward, tendency Mw to almost same. degrades much than does PLA, rate significantly enhanced increase glycolic (GA) content copolymers.
