摘要: The European Consumer Satisfaction Index (ECSI) is an economic indicator that measures customer satisfaction. It adaptation of the Swedish Customer Barometer and compatible with American Index. In this paper ECSI model presented in details. PLS approach used to estimate parameters described. Finally, example discussed. I. (Fornell, 1992) A has been derived specifically for ECSI. model, seven interrelated latent variables are introduced. based on well-established theories approaches behaviour it be applicable a number different industries.
