摘要: An emerging literature suggests that early life exposure to 4-nonylphenol (4-NP), a widespread endocrine disrupting chemical, may increase the risk of metabolic syndrome. In this study, we investigated hypothesis intraperitoneal administration 4-NP induces hepatic steatosis in rat. 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats were administered with (0, 2, 10 and 50 mg/kg b.wt) corn oil for 30 days. Liver histology, biochemical analysis gene expression profiling examined. After treatment, abnormal liver morphology function observed 4-NP-treated rat, significant changes an indicator apoptosis compared controls. Up-regulated genes involved apoptosis, hepatotoxity oxidative stress, increased ROS decrease antioxidant enzyme exposed Extensive fatty accumulation section elevated serum GOT, GPT, LDH γ-GT also observed. Incidence severity was scored taken into consideration (steatosis, ballooning lobular inflammation). Hepatocytes could promote NAFLD progression; Fas/FasL, TNF-α Caspase-9 mRNA activation important contributing factors steatosis. These findings provide first evidence affects related hepatotoxicity, which is correlated
