摘要: OBJECTIVES The presented study focuses on the importance of measurement beta-amyloid42 (Abeta-42) levels, total tau protein, and phosphorylated (p-tau) protein in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) multiple sclerosis (MS) clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) which represents an early phase sclerosis. METHODS A 23 patients with suspected MS were enrolled into study. Of this number, 14 met criteria for definitive according to McDonald. control group consisted 40 examined possibility organic damage brain, was not confirmed. We used method enzyme immunoanalysis examine concentrations p- beta amyloid42. Differences between respective groups by test statistics. In addition, dependence p-tau levels demographic variables, diagnosis duration disease correlation analysis. Correlation obtained measurements evaluated based calculated coefficient (r) level significance (p). RESULTS Compared group, no statistically significant difference found CIS group. increase only diagnosed vs. demonstrated age MS, CONCLUSION Results our show that use seems be non-beneficial. confirmed differential stage MS.
