摘要: The aims of this study were to evaluate the effects trazodone and mianserin on opioid-withdrawal symptoms in morphine-dependent mice. We used a comparative effect each drug withdrawal one model acutely high-dose mice, two models (high-dose lu-dose) chronically mice at Tel Aviv University Sackler School Medicine's laboratory.Trazodone, or both given together with high dose naloxone. Intensity was evaluated by tail-flick assay latencies three behavioural measurements (rearing, jumping grooming) group. Trazodone mianserin, separately, significantly attenuated all models. However, combined treatment not superior alone. combination has no additive value alone control opiate-dependent undergoing detoxification. When clinical settings, caution is needed order prevent unknown influence opioid-like drugs medication-assisted detoxification programmes if complete opiate aim.
