摘要: Understanding the public's view of professional competency is extremely important; however little has been reported on public’s perception community pharmacists in Palestine Objectives: To determine Palestinian consumers pharmacist and services they offer Method: This project used survey methodology administered by structured interviews to who attended 39 randomly selected pharmacies, six main cities Palestine. The questionnaire had range questions covering: Consumers’ patronage patterns, consumers’ interaction with pharmacists, views how dealt personal health issues, procedure regard handling private consultations. Results: Of 1,017 approached, 790 completed (77.7 %). Proximity home presence knowledgeable were reasons for patients visit same pharmacy. Physicians identified as preferred source advice 57.2% 23.8%. Only 17% respondents considered professionals know a lot about drugs are concerned committed caring public. In addition, 49% indicated that spoke more quietly cross counter during counseling almost one third area within majority would be happy receive different extended pharmacy like blood pressure monitoring. Conclusions: have positive overall offer. Awareness should created amongst public role added value can provide care professional. There need consider privacy when giving patient increase user satisfaction.
