摘要: Abstract The paper focuses on certain aspects of the Japanese economic system which compel households to maintain a high rate savings. influence asset accumulation and portfolio choices is analyzed in terms motive purchase future goods, specifically housing, preparation for retirement leaving bequest. In order lower savings stimulate domestic demand purposes reducing external trade imbalances it necessary depress land price increases urban areas enhance welfare programs retirees, especially nursing assistance subsidies aged.
