摘要: The Bergmann glia is composed of unipolar protoplasmic astrocytes in the cerebellar cortex. glial cells locate their cell bodies around Purkinje cells, and extend radial or fibers enwrapping synapses on dendrites. During development, display a tight association with migrating granule from which concept glia-guided neuronal migration has been proposed. Thus, it widely known that associated developing cerebellum adult cerebellum. As information how are related structurally functionally differentiating quite fragmental, this issue investigated using cytochemical techniques for cells. This review classifies cytodiffer-entiation into four stages, is, glia, migration, transformation astrocytes, then summarizes structural relationship at each stage. results conclude cytodifferentiation proceeds correlation dendritogenesis, synaptogenesis maturation Furthermore, morphological molecular plasticity neuroglia appears to be regulated depending nearby functional relevance intimate neuron-glial also discussed reference recent studies biology, ablation gene knockout.
