Hemos observado agentes quimiorepulsivos hipocampales embrionarios postnatales, mientras solamente repele entorrinales embrionarios; b) Sema3A, respectivos Neuropilina1 Neuropilina2 hipocampo edades embrionarias postnatales; c) GABAergicas capa piramidal estrato oriens 2, aquellas situadas los estratos radiado lacunosum-moleculare dichos receptores. Nuestro tercer ultimo posible inhibitorio adultos axotomizados, utilizando cultivo organotipico entorrino-hipocampal lesion vitro. Nosotros demostramos tras axotomia 15 dias (DIV), cuando regeneran, aumenta expresion entorrinal, tambien su receptor entorrinal; b) cultivos organotipicos entorrino-hipocampales obtenidos ratones homocigotos deficientes produce parcial DIV. " SUMMARY: Guidance cues are essential during the development of central nervous system. In present Thesis, we studied migration interneurons cerebellar cortex, and role Netrin1 this process; furthermore, effect extension GABAergic axons projecting locally hippocampal formation, regeneration process adult injured using model entorhino-hippocampal organotypic culture. We obtained following results: - Interneurons cortex migrate closely associated to glial fibres, both in-vivo in-vitro; - is chemorepulsive cue for vitro, expression pattern its receptors as well fact that express these vivo, indicate may influence vivo. - does not participate repulsive signal exerts on vitro. - have from embryonic hippocampus, but only entorhinal cortex. - The their respective Neuropilin1 some hippocampus those receptors, suggest possible axonal interneurons. - axotomy pathway increases cultures. - lack cultures yields partial axons.
