摘要: An anastomosis between the recurrent part of right vagus nerve and dorsal ramus interior laryngeal was performed in dogs. After allowing 12 months for regeneration, it shown that isolated reinnervation cricoarytenoid muscle had occurred. The following results were by this work: Normal action potentials those muscles experimentally reinnervated, denervation remaining musculature. Physiologic synchrony on abduction both vocal cords. Histochemical evidence almost normal acetylcholinesterase activity reinnervated musculature, diminished enzyme levels denervated endolaryngeal muscles.
