Cochrane Airways Group reviews were prioritized for updating using a pragmatic approach

摘要: Abstract Objectives Cochrane Reviews should address the most important questions for guideline writers, clinicians, and public. It is not possible to keep all reviews up-to-date, so Airways Group (CAG) decided prioritize updates new without requesting additional resources. The aim of objective was develop pragmatic transparent prioritization techniques identify 25 35 high-priority from a total 270 CAG become more selective over which we publish. Study Design Setting We used elements existing processes, including health care uncertainties, expert opinion, decision tool. did conduct full face-to-face workshop or an iterative group decision-making process. Results prioritized 30 in need updating aimed update these within 2 years. Within first 18 months, nine have been published. Conclusion A approach can indicate priority excessive drain on time steps provide us with better control our scope be built future.
