摘要: Plasma membrane-enriched fractions were isolated from human gliomas and brain white matter. These membrane characterized by electron microscopy the distribution of marker enzymes (Na+K+)-ATPase 2′,3′-cyclic AMP-3′-phosphohydrolase. The comparison membranes tumor control material SDS gel electrophoresis reveals an altered membrane. Two proteins a molecular weight about 70,000 dalton 30,000 are found to be more expressed in
