摘要: Abstract When RNA polymerase II (RNAP II) is forced to stall, elongation complexes (ECs) are observed leave the active pathway and enter a paused state. Initially, ECs equilibrate between conformations, but with stalls of long duration, backtrack become sensitive transcript cleavage, which stimulated by EC rescue factor stimulatory (TFIIS/SII). In this work, rates for equilibration pausing pathways were estimated in absence an factor, presence hepatitis δ antigen (HDAg), transcription IIF (TFIIF), or without addition SII. Rates states not very different factors HDAg TFIIF. SII facilitates escape from stalled stimulating RNAP backtracking cleavage increasing into out EC. TFIIF cooperate merge pathways, combinatorial effect SII, stimulation indicating that can pause beyond pre-translocated
