摘要: Both the S-T segment shift and injury current were measured using direct-current magnetocardiogram (d-c MCG) in seven dogs undergoing coronary artery occlusion. The purpose of measurements was to clarify origin acute ischemia infarction. Previous measurements, consisting d-c electrograms recorded from exposed epicardial surface situ, are partially inconsistent; also, they not necessarily representative electrocardiogram (ECG), which sums broadly over myocardium. MCG allows steady myocardial currents intact torso externally; because these currents, conclusions drawn it applicable ECG. Coronary occlusion produced by inflating a tube which, about 1 week earlier, had been surgically installed around exteriorized. During occlusions carried out MIT magnetically shielded room, sensitive magnetometer at various locations torso. Within 20 seconds after occlusion, equal opposite base-line (d-c) shifts appeared on MCG; maintained for least 15 minutes, slowly decreased. Therefore, during occlusions, is secondary result primary that interrupted interval.
