摘要: A possible role of the uterus in regulating Content luteal prostaglandins (P65) was investigated. Pseudopregnancy Induced adult virgin female rats by mating them with vasectomized male rats. On Day 5 pseudopregnancy, decidualization induced or hysterectomy performed. As controls, Intact pseudopregnant animals a lutcal phase 13 ± 1 days were used. Measurements vivo tissue levels PGF�., POES, and 6-keto-PGF1,� performed RIA after homogenization extraction procedures CL pseudopregnancy remainder ovaries on Days 5, 13, 19. Serum progesterone 20u.dihydroprogesterone determined RIA. In hysterectomized animals, PGFa. Increased 2.5-fold corpora lutea Compared but still lower than control undergoing functional luteolysis 13.
