摘要: Background: To achieve quality care is an important issue that often paied attention to in providing nursing care. It seems communication skills can affect the of Aim: This study investigated effect training on patients. Methods: The was a pretest/posttest experimental design with control group. 60 nurses working Qhaem and Emamreza hospitals were selected using stratified sampling then randomly allocated two groups, Also three patients per each nurse convenience before also one, weeks after intervention. intervention included workshop which held for eight hours over days 2012. Data collection tools demographic data sheet, Quality Patient Care Scale (QUALPAC) Check list. analyzed by SPSS software version 16 t student test, Mann-Whitney, Wilcoxon ANOVA tests. Results: mean score overall group significantly higher at 2nd, 3rd, 4th compared (p<0/001). increase not similar different dimensions 50.8% individual psychosocial, 63.8% 54.4% relationship, 50/6% physical, 41% general 98% professional dimension.
