摘要: There was no significant difference in the tissue calcium content between spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) and normotensive aortae. 45Ca uptake significantly greater, whereas influx less SHR than control efflux tissues. both tissues increased by potassium, not norepinephrine inhibited Co:+, Mn++ La+++ (all 0.5 mM). Both aortae were equally Co++ (0.1 microsome fraction from tissue. These data indicate some differences translocation of Ca++ at cellular level
