摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect hypertension on regulation limb circulation. group consisted 50 patients suffering from hypertension; in 21 cases peripheral circulation intact, while 29 had obliterative arterial disease (POAD) (clinical symptoms: intermittent claudication or rest pain). control 67 normotensive patients. In 33 subjects 34 suffered POAD total blood flow (LBF) measured by using venous isotope dilution technique. hypertensive vascular resistance (LVR) markedly elevated, but LBF remained normal range. both and LVR pathologically elevated diminished. After acute vasodilator therapy significantly increased, despite drop pressure owing extensive decrease LVR. It appears that elevation is most characteristic change has no favorable circulation, compared with relatively low.
