摘要: AbstractBackground and aim: Cell encapsulation using biodegradable material has promising results for tissue engineering. Since pressure is an effective factor on stem cell behaviour various concentrations of alginate create different pressures the cells, therefore our goal was to evaluate mechanical effect 1/2% (w/v) 1/8% containing high guluronic acid viability osteogenic capacity HUCWJ cells. Methods: evaluated by MTT assay after 1, 7 14 days. Alkaline phosphatase activity alkaline kit 21 Alizarin red S staining performed calcium deposition among histological section. Results: showed significant difference in mean rates between groups day (p < 0.05). higher group 1.8%. In addition, there statistically ALP 1.8% compared 1.2%.
