摘要: Abstract The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors that affect housing prices in Istanbul. A hedonic price model employed order examine determinants with respect property characteristics, socio‐economic neighbourhood quality and locational factors. results reveal are affected by these factors: living area size, being a low storey building, secured site (with swimming pool garage), age building. In addition determinants, length time inhabitants have lived Istanbul, average income household, neighbour satisfaction earthquake risk effects on residential Further research suggested constructing second includes dummy variables as proxy for submarkets, multi‐level modelling framework will be analyse urban submarket system.
