摘要: Abstract The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors that affect housing prices in Istanbul. A hedonic price model employed order examine determinants with respect property characteristics, socio‐economic neighbourhood quality and locational factors. results reveal are affected by these factors: living area size, being a low storey building, secured site (with swimming pool garage), age building.
