摘要: Abstract The purpose of this paper is to examine the spatial distribution housing prices at metropolitan and district level Istanbul. At level, most important factors which affect are sub-market, floor area sea view. vary from according locational, socio-economic property characteristics. High-income sub-markets have higher coefficient determinations more significant variables than low-income sub-markets. Furthermore, results suggest that planned districts prices; thus, restructuring squatter areas revitalizing inner city provide not only benefits individuals but also tax revenues city.
