摘要: Abstract The wear behavior of as-cast and hot extruded Al–Si–Pb alloys were investigated under dry conditions using a pin-on-disc type testing machine. results show that the microstructure mechanical properties can be greatly improved porosity significantly decreased by extrusion. These factors contribute to great increase in resistance alloys. Optical observation X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis reveal almost constant rate at mediate load levels. Better seizure for with more than 15 wt% lead are due film lubricant covering entire worn surface. This is mixture different constituents containing Al, Fe, Si, O Pb.
