摘要: Logit regression models are estimated to identify factors affecting decisions enroll farmland in New York's agricultural districts program and participate the use-value assessment program. The results suggest that law is consistent with preserving best at rural-urban fringe decision affects a recursive fashion Short-term monetary gains overriding considerations applying for exemptions.
