摘要: ABSTRACTIntroduction: Since the discovery of Polymerase Chain Reaction and pioneering work on 16S ribosomal RNA genes in 1980’s, use molecular techniques to study microbial ecosystems pathogenic microorganisms has been increasing exponentially.
