摘要: The developing neocortex in mice from embryonic day 13 (E13) until birth (E19) was immunoreacted with a monoclonal antibody for microtubule-associated protein 2 (MAP2) that is highly specific neuronal somata and dendrites. In E13 there no detectable MAP2 immunoreactivity on tissue sections or gel blots. From E14 to the present both immunoblots of homogenized cortex. staining pattern lamina-specific. molecular layer cortical subplate contained most dense dendrites cell somata. plate showed weak moderate at these ages while intermediate ventricular zones were not stained above background control levels. Gel blots correspondingly did show levels E14. Ultrastructural data suggest each laminae. laminar may be due either higher density differentiating layers compartmentalization within individual neurons.
