摘要: Dry eye syndrome is a common disorder of the tear film, affecting significant percentage population. The Break-Up Time (BUT) clinical test used for diagnosis this disease. In research, it proposed an automatic methodology to evaluate BUT test. This locates different measurement areas from video extracts Region Of Interest (ROI) and performs in each area. Furthermore, independent some specific features such as size, intensity variation, or starting point frame sequence. has been tested on dataset composed 18 videos that have annotated by four experts. average difference between experts’ measures acceptable range considering high inter-observer variance.
