摘要: An open study was conducted to evaluate the changes in vivo and vitro responses house-dust-mite (HDM) after rush immunotherapy (RI). A 7-day RI protocol using an extract containing HDM allergen administered 12 subjects with HDM-sensitive asthma, effects on bronchial responsiveness serum antibody levels were evaluated up 16 or 20 weeks RI. The of HDM-specific IgG, IgG1 IgG4 antibodies significantly elevated from 4 8 Provocative doses causing a 20% fall FEV1 (PD20) by inhalation all at There high correlation between increase log-PD20 ratio (r=0.68, p<0.05). results suggest that elicits improvement allergen-specific within relatively short period.(Internal Medicine 32: 702-709, 1993)
