Calculation of infrared band intensities and determination of energy differences of rotational isomers of 1,2-dichloro-, 1,2-dibromo- and 1-chloro-2-bromoethane

摘要: Abstract Infrared absorption intensities of fundamental bands 1,2-dichloro-, 1,2-dibromo- and 1-chloro-2-bromoethane have been measured in the vapor phase pure liquid phase. Using least squares method, intensity data interpreted terms number common parameters including population ratios between rotational isomers these molecules. By determined values ratios, energy differences evaluated, compared with those obtained using temperature variation method.
