摘要: Repulsive guidance cues induce growth cone collapse or and retraction. Collapse results from disruption loss of the actin cytoskeleton. Actin rich regions cones contain binding proteins that influence filament organization, such as Arp2/3, cortactin, fascin, but little is known about role these play in collapse. Here we show Semaphorin 3A (Sema 3A), which repulsive to mouse dorsal root ganglion neurons, has unequal effects on their associated filaments. The immunofluorescence staining intensity Arp-2 cortactin decreases relative total protein, while unextracted fascin increases. Fascin myosin IIB redistribute increased overlap. degree during correlates with superstructures detected by rotary shadow electron microscopy. branched f-actin meshworks, bundles are partially retained varying degrees. Taken together affects Sema actin, this suggests a model for follows sequence; depolymerization meshworks followed partial movement neurite complete relocated may provide substrate actomyosin contractions produce
