摘要: Our aim was to study retrospectively the destiny of deep dorsal vein penis in event its stripping surgery or simple ligation patients diagnosed with venoocclusive dysfunction 17 years ago. From June 1986 May 1987, a total 31 men were seen for erectile due venous leakage resulting from priapism, aging, congenital idiopathic factors. Of these, 23 underwent and are referred as group. The remaining 8 received classified A 21 (16 5 out 8) available follow-up by using abridged 5-item version International Index Erectile Function (IIEF-5) scoring system cavernosograms. In group, imaging demonstrates some compensatory veins that commensurate impotence postoperatively. however, cavernosograms disclosed no recurrence, but residual ones not crucial rigidity. IIEF-5 group changed preoperative mean score 10.0 +/- 4.5 9.8 3.6 4.1 increased postoperative 18.9 2.1. Although there significant difference between 2 groups' score, statistically treatments (P <.001). penile vasculature bears evidence regeneration even long after their removal. This finding is contrast what commonly believed, will recur about vein. We therefore believe clinical recurrence may be regeneration, surgery, if properly performed, durable, although larger studies required.
