摘要: Rare-earth phosphors with tunable optical properties are used in display panels and fluorescent lamps have potential applications lasers bio-imaging. Here, non-aggregated Y2O3 nanocrystals either doped Tb3+ (1-5 at%) or co-doped (2 Eu3+ (0.1-2 ions made one-step by scalable flame spray pyrolysis. The morphology of these nanophosphors is investigated X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy N2 adsorption while their monitored photoluminescent spectroscopy. When yttria terbium, a bright green emission obtained at an optimum Tb-content 2 at%. When, however, europium added, the color Tb-doped can be tuned precisely from to red depending on Tb/Eu ratio. Furthermore, energy-transfer observed, thus allowing control excitation spectra nanophosphors.
