摘要: Bulk and nanosized GdVO4:Dy3+ phosphors were prepared via a simple co-precipitation process, their crystal structure, morphology, spectral properties studied. It is found that electric dipole–dipole interaction was hindered in the samples based on analysis of dependence luminescent intensity Dy3+ doping concentration. The decay time 4F9/2 level GdVO4:2 mol% sample determined to be longer than 0.3 doped bulk sample. Moreover, fluorescent lifetime this strongly dependent index refraction medium surrounding nanoparticles, 0.68 filling factor obtained. intrinsic radiative lifetimes internal quantum efficiencies obtained, which indicate efficiency higher sample, but external lower.
