摘要: Abstract In this paper, I build a model of family labor supply and residential choices that explicitly incorporates the full-time or part-time work decisions married women. The can explain why women’s participation patterns in vary significantly areas are geographically close but differ real estate prices. suggests high commuting costs could be one main obstacles for employment places like Tokyo Metropolitan Area.
