摘要: This paper proposes a research framework for social impact assessment of the construction land reduction project, unique brownfield redevelopment project in China. explains steps analyzing including identification indicator dimension by word frequency statistical method, initial system determined literature analysis final obtained Delphi method screening, and weight entropy combination etc. Then grey clustering model is established. Finally, numerical example applied to show feasibility framework. expected put forward suggestions countermeasures implementation similar projects through project. And evaluation constructed this can provide reference future.
