摘要: The linear and quadratic Zeeman effects have been studied for two different neutral-acceptor---bound-exciton complexes, (Ag,$X$) (Cu,$X$), in high-purity $p$-type CdTe. For both the results are consistent with a bound-exciton ground state $J=\frac{1}{2}$ ${T}_{d}$ symmetry. relevant electron $g$ value is ${g}_{e}=\ensuremath{-}1.77\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.02$ electron, $K=+0.61\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.04$ $L=\ensuremath{-}0.04\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.02$ hole parameters describing isotropic anisotropic effects, respectively. diamagnetic shift observed neutral- acceptor---bound-exciton complex well explained terms of pseudodonor model.
