摘要: Precommissioning studies of proposed outfalls along the north coast Spain included in situ and laboratory determinations T 90 values directed at development a local-specific inactivation model. The effect salinity, light intensity, temperature depredation on (T ) Escherichia coli , was studied unifactorial experiments carried out laboratory. obtained fitted exponential model die-off for first three variables (salinity, light, temperature: R > 0.93). Light intensity showed greatest bactericidal effect, with near or lower than 1 hour, when radiation greater 120 Wm −2 . logarithm linear relationship each one these factors. Nevertheless, global which best fits not its coefficients. estimated from summer (33.6 min) winter (116.8 min), reflected seasonal differences environmental conditions this zone, mainly intensity. Differences between those applying pointed need to study depth bacterial natural systems.
