摘要: Antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL) occur in a variety of autoimmune, malignant, and infectious diseases, with or without the thrombotic obstetric sequelae that characterize antiphospholipid syndrome. Although many studies have focused on clinical implications aPL systemic lupus erythematosus, few specifically addressed questions facing rheumatologists caring for rheumatoid arthritis patients who are concomitantly positive aPL. Such scenario requires current knowledge syndrome diagnosis criteria, test reliability, conditions causing temporal positivity aPL, treatment risks benefits. Recently researched factors possibly integral to arthritis’s increased morbidity mortality related include oxidatively modified low-density lipoprotein antibodies, homocysteine, annexins, agents, β estradiol, specific gene polymorphisms. This review presents scientific research addressing pathophysiologic mechanisms arthritis.
