摘要: Peptidases which are specific for proline residues have been described and include endopeptidases (post-proline cleaving enzyme endopeptidase), N-terminal exopeptidases dipeptidyl aminopeptidase, iminopeptidase, aminopeptidase P), C-terminal (prolylcarboxypeptidase, carboxypeptidase P) dipeptidases (prolyl dipeptidase dipeptidase). The properties, distinguishing characteristics, possible significance of these endo- discussed. In addition, reference is made to a series enzymes can hydrolyze containing peptide bonds, but not proline.
