摘要: The paper presents the synthesis process of dense and nanoporous TiO2 anatase films obtained via Spray Pyrolysis Deposition (SPD). deposition nanostructured uses ethanol solutions titaniumtetraisopropoxid acetilacetonate. influence precursor's concentration parameters (temperature, pressure carrier gas distance spraying) in tailoring morphology is presented. are tested X-ray Diffraction Scanning Electron Microscopy. photoelectrical properties by current–voltage (I–V) experiments dark, at room temperature. According to results, SPD proves be a reliable technique obtaining thin layers with controlled morphology.
