摘要: Transcription factors (TFs) play pivotal roles in directing the formation of neurons and glia. Here I will review recent genome-scale analysis expression TFs developing mouse nervous system discuss logic by which control establishment neuronal phenotype. Accumulating evidence suggests that while combinatorial action is able to define basic framework system, other mechanisms, such as stochastic epigenetic regulation gene expression, also contribute generation nerve cell diversity.
