摘要: A method of treating gastric cancer that is a postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for characterized by comprising orally administering to patient suffering from in stage II, IIIA or IIIB the classification extent medicinal composition, which contains Tegafur, Gimeracil and Oteracil potassium at molar ratio 1:0.4:1, dose 50 150 mg/day terms Tegafur according dosing schedule consisting of, within 45 days after surgical operation, 28 consecutive administration followed 7- 14-day drug holiday. This reduces rate recurrence operation elevates survival rate.
