摘要: Abstract The hydroxy acid suites extracted from the Murchison (MN), GRA 95229 (GRA) and LAP 02342 (LAP) meteorites have been investigated for their molecular, chiral isotopic composition. Substantial amounts of compounds detected in all three meteorites, with a total abundance that is lower than amino acids same stones. Overall, molecular distributions mirror closely corresponding most evidently so meteorite. A surprising l -lactic enantiomeric excess was found present stones, which cannot be easily accounted by terrestrial contamination; other were racemic. branched-chain five carbon diastereomer six-carbon also studied vis-a-vis calculated ab initio thermodynamic data, comparison allowing suggestion meteoritic hydroxyacid at these chain lengths formed under control and, possibly, later stage acids. 13C D enrichments many to vary between species trends appear correlate those acids; highest δD value (+3450‰) displayed 2-OH-2-methylbutyric acid. data suggest that, while amino- likely relate common presolar precursor, final distribution determined large extent overall composition environments saw formation, ammonia being determining factor ratios.
