摘要: Control systems use sensors in the monitoring and control of process state. Sometimes, variables are estimated because proper unavailable,they prohibitively expensive or measurements difficult to perform. One solution consist infer state which not measured from other by using virtual software (soft-sensors). In alcoholic fermentation processes, measuring ethanol concentration is essential. However, there no cheap reliable capable providing on-line nor a global model for this variable accepted everyone. addition, two fermentations never equal microorganisms very sensitive small deviations. Therefore, these processes require an adaptive robust estimating system. This paper presents soft-sensor bioethanol fermentative evolving fuzzy model. obtained compact it suitable structure future application strategies, order optimize productivity reduce production costs.
