摘要: A bioassay for the detection of multiple target analytes that includes living immunocytes a plurality predetermined types; signal-generating reporter within each immunocyte is responsive to changes occurring and bioluminescent protein linked fluorescent protein; signal transduction pathway associated with operative induce immunocyte; detector element trigger pathway; an analyte binding specific both analyte; wherein upon which also bound element, triggers causing occur biological cell, thereby generate detectable signal.
